ICEC’s REAP CEP grant-funded project “Connecting to Iowa Core: Authentic Iowa Wildlife and Natural Resources Data for the Classroom” is designed to enhance teachers’ ability to address Iowa Core Science Standards and connect students to real-world conservation science and research. In partnership with the Iowa DNR, ICEC has prepared data, lesson plans, and resources for use at a 6-12 grade level.
These materials are free and accessible to teachers statewide by simply filling out the form below. By completing the form, you agree to receive and complete a one-time electronic feedback survey from ICEC. Contact and survey information you provide will tell us how these resources are being used and will not be shared outside of grant reporting requirements.
After filling out the form, you will see a password to access the data and materials. Click here to enter the password and access the materials.
